El lugar merece la pena sin duda alguna y ver las cataratas tanto de dia como de noche es hiper recomendable. Consejo: no te pierdas el barco y aunque te den un poncho llévate un impermeable debajo. También te vendrá bien un impermeable propio para la zona debajo Rocks. La agencia no te advierte ni te da recomendaciones. El guía muy amable pero con un acento a veces difícil de entender. Lo que menos me gustò es que te llevan corre-corre toda la tarde y despues estàs tres horas tirado esperando los fuegos. Creo que la organización podría mejorar bastante. El bus tiene muy mala amortiguación (se nota el màs minimo bache) y no dispone de cargador en cada asiento pese a que dura 9 horas ma excursion. I have been on many tours but this has been by far the best. The tour guide Alp was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and genuinely takes notice of all who are on the tour. I regret not using zoom tours for the other trips I had done while in Canada but will be back and everything will be booked through Zoom tours. We were extremely lucky to be on Johnny’s tour. Easy booking and they kept us updated with reminders and accurate details about pick up location etc. We were picked up on time by Johnny, he was our driver and guide for the day. And what a great guy. He was very informative, chatty, funny, friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. He was a genuinely good guy who clearly enjoyed his job. The tour itself was fantastic, we did it on a Sunday morning so traffic was quiet and queues were short as we arrived early. We were lucky enough to have 30C weather and pure sunshine so we dried off after the boat trip pretty quick. YOU WILL GET WET even with the ponchos. A day we will never forget, The Falls, The Boat Trip and Johnny - what a legend, made it truly memorable. Request Garry as your Tour Guide! We had a fantastic experience with Zoom Tours and our awesome tour guide, Garry! We selected Zoom's Niagara Falls Freedom Day Tour. PROS: Garry was on-point punctual for 7 am pick up. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and shared lots of great information along the way. His warmth and sense of humor made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. Garry cared about his passengers' comfort and always made sure everyone was having a good experience. He drove safely, and kept our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van clean and comfortable throughout the journey. With only about 10 people in our group, the experience felt much more personal than traveling on a large tour bus. It turned out to be the perfect fit for us. On the ride home, everyone enjoyed the radio featuring favorite '80s music hits. It was well received and helped make the trip back so relaxing. Garry's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the trip memorable. We highly recommend Garry and would gladly travel with him again. Thank you, Garry for being a terrific guide!! CON: Typical rush hour traffic back into town. Bring a neck pillow, the ride back is the perfect opportunity to catch a power nap after a long day of fun! Overall wouldn’t miss this trip if visiting Niagara. The experience in the tunnels behind the fall was really great but expect to get wet in the tunnels, viewing platform and especially when on the boat. We were picked up from our hotel at 9.35am and didn’t return until nearly 3pm with a good lunch included.
